Being an over thinker is literally thinking about something that hasn’t even happened yet…like weeks, months or even years away 🥴

Meanwhile, my brain has started planning & coming up with a 1,000 scenarios, thinking about all possible outcomes, creating back up plans and worst case scenarios before life even gets there. That’s when I take a walk outside, do breathing exercises and reach for my calming essential oils like lavender, chamomile, frankincense or black spruce to ground my thoughts & bring me back to reality!
Always a battle 🤨
