Hello there - Yesterday was challenging and it's not normal for me to rant but please remember I'm one person with a very large clientele that I truly appreciate and am forever grateful to have.
That said, I do my best to fit everyone in that may have forgot to book in advance.
I am aware how very lucky I am to have my appts fill up fast and I encourage everyone to book as far ahead as you can especially as the busiest time of season is here. . Right now I'm booking into July with very limited appts left in-between. I'm currently not taking in any new clients. Also please reach out of you need to book and having trouble with my online booking service. Working 40+ hours a week while trying to make sure I have time for self care only allows me with few chances to try to accommodate everyone the best I can.
Thank you again for your understanding of my time constraints and my desire to continue bringing you the best possible experiences for your own self-care journey.
