**指甲油Nail Polish跟Gelish光療有何不同呢?**

最近市場出一種類似光療指甲但卻是裝在指甲油的罐子裡，那就是Gelish光療。

Gelish光療的特性就是它不像光療指甲製作的時間比較長，就像塗指甲油那樣的簡單並且很薄沒有負擔。利用LED燈的照射也縮短的照燈時間，使用UV燈總照射時間大概為10-15 分鐘，如果使用LED燈後所短為一分鐘左右大幅減少了製作時間，Gelish光療的製作時間大概可以在一個小時內完成。

指甲油的特性就是大眾化且顏色眾多，每一個人在家都可以自己使用且選擇性非常多。
但是問題來囉!"擦完指甲油什麼事都不能做，等乾的時間枯燥乏味"，並且也不知道何時才會完全乾， 沒乾摸到又必須在重新上一次色。

Gelish光療就是利用光療的特性加入指甲油中，雖然顏色目前並不可能比指甲油還多,但是一般的使用上Gelish光療的顏色已經很足夠了。

**光療指甲與水晶指甲的價格及差異**

價格上，光療指甲的材料成本與水晶指甲的材料成本大約相差十倍。在歐洲日本推崇的光療指甲樣式即是以保養自身指甲及自然為取向。跟過去水晶指甲誇張的樣式完全不同。希望許多女性或是男性在不影響到生活情況之下，保有美麗的指甲與健康。

水晶指甲前置處理會用磨棒將甲面拋磨出刻痕，(軟式)光療指甲只需要處理甲面也不需要固定劑，對指甲本身幾乎沒有傷害。

2.光療指甲無任何不適的味道：
相對於水晶指甲刺鼻的臭味，光療指甲沒有刺鼻的臭味，不會有因臭味造成不適等問題。

3.(軟式)光療卸甲過程簡單：
水晶指甲卸甲過程要經過拋磨及專用溶劑卸除，時間較長且傷害指甲，

The gel polish come in an array of colors, apply like polish, with twist cap and applicator, but are cured in a LED lamp in 30 seconds or in two minutes in traditional UV lamps, just like gels. Gelish stays on nails for two-three weeks with no chipping or peeling, and soak completely off around 15 minutes.

**Gel** (Gel nail, also called soak off Gel) on natural nails, no extention.
Gel nails are artificial nails having an extremely realistic look. They are thin, flexible, non-yellowing and non porous. Gel nails give their customers a natural look and give them durability equally like acrylic nails.
Gel nails look smart and grow like the overlays on the natural nails. In fact it is the permanent solution for the chipping and ugly appearing nails.

Gel stays on nails for three- four weeks with no chipping or peeling, and soak completely off around 20 minutes.

**Question and answer**

有很多人會問:
光療指甲會不會傷指甲
需不需要讓指甲休息一陣子??

先說明光療凝膠的材料跟指甲油是不同的.. 指甲油因有揮發的成分及添加的顏料
比較容易在指甲面上停留
所以會發現顏色越深的指甲油
或是擦了很久(2週以上)都沒有卸掉
在卸除的時候會發現指甲表面有點變黃
就是色素沉澱的意思

至於光療凝膠的產品每家的成分配方都不同
成分比較天然的光療凝膠
覆蓋在甲面上的時間可以長達3~4週
但是因為可以隨著指甲吸水排水
(就像平常洗完澡後會覺得指甲變軟
之後水分蒸發就會變硬了一樣)
所以並不會影響指甲面的正常生長
之後在卸除的時候會發現很輕易就剝離了
當然光療膠在剝離指甲面時
或多或少會帶掉一點點的指甲表面

所以如果越難卸(像是水晶指甲跟hard Gel硬式的膠)
會越容易剝傷指甲面
指甲面上的角質蛋白一旦形成後就不會在往上增生了
所以被拋得越薄就會越容易斷

再來是個人的因素
每個人的指甲狀況不太一樣
用手習慣也不同
所以同樣的產品可能有的人可以維持很久
但有的人卻很快就壞了
