Celery
Celery is loaded with many antioxidants. Celery is also widely recognized as one of the healthiest snacks available, celery is a wonderful source of fiber. Some other ways that we may enjoy eating celery is with peanut butter. Celery and peanut butter is a quick light snack and the peanut butter makes the celery less bland and more enjoyable.

Guava is a delicious fruit that gives us natural sugar and other nutrients. We can eat it by itself or we can blend it into a smoothie with other fruits. It may also be beneficial to the digestive system as well.

Cherry Tomatoes
A great little snack to munch on when feeling just a bit hungry!
Cherry Tomatoes are delightfully sweet and have a burst of flavor.
We can use it in salads, in both a variety of savory and sweet dishes or we can just eat it alone.
Cherry tomatoes also contain a great amount of vitamins such as Vitamin C.
Vitamin C plays a major role in many of our body’s functions so it’s great to consume more of anything that contains Vitamin C.

Eating a grapefruit can help boost the immune system. It mostly contains a high volume of vitamin c, which is known to have a lot of antioxidants.

Cake Mix Cookie Bars Brownie
Ingredients
- 1 box Chocolate Fudge Brownie Mix
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 4 large eggs
- 2/3 cup olive oil halved
- 1 box Yellow Moist Supreme Cake Mix
Preparation
Heat the oven to 35
Prepare (
9 x 13 and (
8 x 8 baking dishes and set them aside.In a medium mixing bowl, add 2 eggs, 1/3 cup olive oil, and cake mix.
Mix well.
Add in the chocolate chips.In a separate mixing bowl add 2 eggs, 1/3 cup olive oil, and brownie mix.
Mix well.Take half of the cake mixture and half of the brownie mixture and swirl them together in the baking dish. Both mixtures will be thick but be patient and mix them well. Do this for both dishes.
Place in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until fully cooked. Allow to cool slightly before cutting and serving.

Oven-Baked Feta Cheese Dip
Ingredients
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of your favorite tomato sauce (I use my homemade sauce)
- 1/2 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup mild cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
Preheat oven at 40
In a small oven-safe baking dish, or a clay pot, layer the crumbled cheese, covering the entire bottom of the dish.
Sprinkle the minced garlic on top of the feta cheese.
Spoon the tomato sauce, covering the entire cheese and garlic mixture.
Mix together the mozzarella cheese and the cheddar cheese; layer on top of the tomato sauce.
Bake it in the oven for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
Serve it warm with a side of flatbread or tortilla chips.

Oven-Roasted Tomato and Garlic Soup
Ingredients
- freshly-ground black pepper to taste
- 4 cups chicken stock
- Oven Roasted Tomatoes (see above)
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 6 roasted garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 medium Spanish onion chopped
- 2 cups canned plum tomatoes
- salt to taste
- Freshly-ground white pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup white wine
Preparation
Oven Roasted Tomatoes: Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
Place the tomatoes cut-side up on a baking sheet.

Cabbages
Half a cup of cooked cabbage has about a third the vitamin C you need for the day. It also gives you doses of fiber, folate, potassium, magnesium, vitamins A and K, and more. We can also make it even more healthy by fermenting it. Just leave it in its own juices for a while. For a spicier, more exotic version, try kimchi, a dish made popular in Korea.
