On the pickleball courts I was playing with some 50+ athletes this morning. When I said, "Age is just a number!", one of the older guys who was playing responded with, "You can say that until you actually get here!" And I laughed. He's right - I won't truly understand until I get to my 50s.

But to be honest, playing with my aunt has ALWAYS been just like that. Just a number. I want to be like her when I get there.
