We wanted to take a moment to remind everyone of our no-show policy, as some clients may not be aware of it.

When you book an appointment at Shabby 2 Chic Hair Boutique, that time is reserved especially for you. A missed appointment without notice means we aren’t able to offer that time to another client, and it directly affects our stylists’ income.

No-show appointments will be subject to a no-show fee.

We completely understand that true emergencies and unexpected situations happen, and we’ll always do our best to work with you when they do. We simply ask that, whenever possible, you let us know as soon as you can if you’re unable to make your appointment.

While we know life gets busy, simply forgetting an appointment isn’t considered an emergency. We encourage everyone to set a reminder on their phone or calendar to help avoid missing their reserved time.

Thank you for understanding that this is our livelihood, and we truly appreciate your respect for our time. We are so grateful for each and every one of our amazing clients and look forward to seeing you in the salon soon💕
