Isabel Temple, LMBT #21992

💆‍♀️I offer Swedish and deep tissue massage, with specialties in deep relaxation, aromatherapy, and Fascia Alchemy.
🌀Fascia Alchemy is a modality adapted from myofascial release using slow, sustained pressure and mindful presence to work with the fascia and encourage the body to soften and release areas of tension.
🪷If you’re looking for a quiet space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and allow yourself to deeply relax, this is for you!
