SCHEDULING INFORMATION EFFECTIVE 4/2023

Due the high demand for specific days of the week, And my desire to accommodate, I must begin limiting my Friday and Saturday color appointments.
These are high demand days and I simply cannot continue to keep up by overextending myself by overbooking to be sure not to disappoint anyone ....it's not fair to you, the client or me.

EFFECTIVE immediately I will only be scheduling 4-5 color appointments per day on FRIDAYS AND SATURDAYS maximum.
Also beginning immediately will be my cancelation policy.

24 hours is required for cancelations ..things happen its life but we all have phones at our fingertips!
Failure to notify will result in a 50% charge at next visit for missed service.
This is my business and income and it's detrimental not to enforce this.

I cannot stress enough to please pre-book at your appointment for your next appointment to ensure you get the times you need.

I will begin scheduling reminders for each week on Mondays to help us all.

As you all know I update with availability during the week and will try to continue that.

Summer gets hectic and this will make it less hectic and stressful for everyone with vacation season upon us!

Been a great couple weeks! I love the fall and the changes in the air and temperature...but mostly the changes we can make to our hair! From blondes to reds and brunette and extensions..the fun is endless!
