A simple way to monitor spots at home is the ABCDE Rule:

One side doesn’t match the other.

🔎 B – Border
Irregular or uneven edges.

🔎 C – Color
Different shades or uneven coloring.

🔎 D – Diameter
Larger than about 6mm.

🔎 E – Evolving
Changing in size, shape, texture, or color.
