To all of my wonderful clients—first, thank you for supporting my small business. Every appointment you book means so much to me, and I truly appreciate each and every one of you. ❤️

As my schedule continues to fill up, I will now be implementing a deposit and cancellation policy for all color services and larger appointments.
When an appointment is reserved, that time is set aside exclusively for you. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows often leave me unable to fill that time, which directly impacts my small business and my income.
✨ Going forward:
• A deposit will be required to secure your appointment.
• Deposits will be applied toward your service total.
• Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows may result in the deposit being forfeited.
I completely understand that life happens and unexpected emergencies come up. My goal isn't to make things difficult—it's simply to protect the time I've reserved for each client and keep my business running smoothly.
