As a business owner and makeup artist, I truly hate when I have to cancel or cause any inconvenience for my clients. But at the end of the day, I’m human, and life sometimes throws situations my way that are completely out of my control.
One thing about me though I will always take full accountability when it comes to my business. If the inconvenience is on my end, I don’t hesitate to offer refunds and I will still try my best to accommodate you with a complimentary glam when possible.
If you’re a loyal client or someone who books with me regularly throughout the year, then you already know that once you book with me, you become my number one priority. My goal is always to make sure you feel comfortable, valued, and satisfied with both my services and my professionalism.
When I’m unable to show up the way I intended or if I’m the reason someone’s day didn’t go as planned, it genuinely bothers me. The last thing I ever want is to leave a bad impression or provide anything less than the quality and experience my clients deserve.
