This is very true! Trust the process. As stylist we try our best to give our clients realistic goals. Going from dark to light fast is terrible for your hair! It's a commitment and takes multiple sessions, upkeep, and maintenance. We really aren't trying to be mean when we say NO, we are simply looking out for the integrity of your hair.
