The service encompasses cleaning of walls, baseboards, windowsills, ceiling fans, and cabinet doors, along with a thorough cleaning of each room. Carpet cleaning is not included; an external contractor would be required for that service. Rates begin at $20 per hour for apartments and $30 per hour for houses, with a two-hour minimum. Please notify me if there is a maximum number of hours. Although I do not have pictures available at the moment, I can furnish references if needed.
