Happy 51 to me 🎂.
This past year has been a big journey with some deep valleys. Some seeds were planted, and have started to grow. There is power in prayer folks. We are not promised tomorrow. So let me take a minute to thank each of you for your support.

Update: down 60+ pounds. I am currently up to 10 reps. Some days grace is needed especially on days I work. I am toggling around the 150s up and down. I recently downloaded a step counter on my phone so I am also trying to get those steps in. The app counts your steps, checks your vitals, counts your water intake. I am set at 6000 steps per day, I am only reaching that on days I work. So that is my current goal, to get those steps in . Currently looking for a home church, enjoying my time with my kids and grandkids every day, learning how to study the Bible to get a deeper understanding of my road map, Gods word.
