warm wishes to those with family and those without ✨ To those who might feel extra lonely during this time and those recovering from a rough year 🫶🏼 It helps to count our small and big victories along the way, to bask and learn from the lessons that the challenges within the year teaches us.

I hope that whatever it is that pulls on your imagination and heart will manifest for you in the year to come, and that, thanks to this years lessons we are smarter for them, wiser and that much more prepared to face the unknown that is ahead of us; to embrace in all aspects the magic that is inherent in all of us.

"Nature loves courage. You make the commitment and nature will respond to that commitment by removing impossible obstacles. Dream the impossible dream and the world will not grind you under, it will life you up. This is the trick. This is what all these teachers and philosophers who really counted, who really touched the alchemical gold, this is what they understood. This is the shamanic dance in the waterfall. This is how magic is done. By hurling yourself to the abyss and discovering it's a feather bed." (Terence McKenna)

"TO BE HOPEFUL in bad times is not just foolishly romantic. It is based on the fact that human history is a history not only of cruelty, but also of compassion, sacrifice, courage, kindness.

What we choose to emphasize in this complex history will determine our lives. If we see only the worst, it destroys our capacity to do something. If we remember those times and places—and there are so many—where people have behaved magnificently, this gives us the energy to act, and at least the possibility of sending this spinning top of a world in a different direction.

And if we do act, in however small a way, we don’t have to wait for some grand utopian future. The future is an infinite succession of presents, and to live now as we think human beings should live, in defiance of all that is bad around us, is itself a marvelous victory." -Howard Zinn
