BEFORE AND AFTER CARE OF SPRAY TAN

1. Shave at least 12 hours before and wax at least 24-48 hours before your spray tan appointment. This will ensure a more even tan
2. Shower either right before your appointment or the morning of. Exfoliate your skin focusing on elbows, back of ankles, knees, hands and feet.
3. Wear dark, loose fitting clothing. This will ensure your tan does not rub off before it has time to develop. It will also prevent tan lines
4. Come to your appointment with clean skin. Do not apply lotions, deodorant, creams, or make up which can prevent tan from developing.
5. Wait 8 to 12 hours before rinsing off the tanning solution ( unless you were sprayed with a rapid solution) Avoid water and sweating during the development time.
6. After solution is rinsed off, moisturize skin 2 or more times a day using alcohol free and oil free lotions
7. Avoid using harsh soaps or scrubs that will cause tan to fade faster.
8. Make sure to get any pedicures or manicures 1 to 2 days before your spray tan
