As we continue the conversation about becoming a better negotiator of your life, we will have to confront your belief system to do it effectively. In order for you to show up and advocate for what you deserve, you must be fully persuaded you deserve it.

Today, take a few minutes and examine your life. Being honest with yourself, answer this question: Is my life full of the goodness I claim I'm deserving of? If you discover that it is not, it's time to do the work of fixing your belief system. Your life is a byproduct of it, and it has to change before anything else has a lasting change in your life.
Truth is you can only negotiate for yourself at the level of your belief in yourself. If you want to become a better negotiator become a better believer in what you're deserving of. I hope you will do it!!!

Confidence in who you are will keep you from being intimidated, jealous, or envious of others. You owe it to yourself to do the necessary soul work of discovering just how dope you are. Your Creator put some great things in you, and you'll never discover them looking around angry and envious of others. If you know your lack of confidence comes from your past, I highly recommend you read and do the exercises found in the book ! I know you'll show up as a more confident you if you complete it.

May this be the month you CHOOSE to blossom into the phenomenal person God has designed you to be. May this be the month you choose to forgive yourself and free yourself from every regret. May this be the month you give yourself permission to live the life God designed you to live. Lastly, May this be the month you wake up and see yourself as the true beauty you are.
