This may be my best box cake hack yet!🤯 _______________ (I doubled the cake recipe to make 2 cakes) For the cake: 13x9 inch baking pan 1 box yellow cake mix 3 eggs 1 cup water 1/2 cup oil For the cheesecake: 1-8 oz bar softened cream cheese 3/4 cup granulated sugar 2 tbsp sour cream 1 egg 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1. Mix cake mix according to package directions. 2. Mix cream cheese and sugar together until the mixture turns white and smooth. 3. Add sour cream, 1 egg, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Mix to combine. 4. Spray baking pan with non stick cooking spray and in pour the entire cake batter. 5. Make dollops of cheesecake all over the cake and swirl. 6. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 min. *Allow to cool to room temperature before serving. Can be stored at room temperature or in the refrigerator!
