Turtle & The Hair (formerly 'Locked Up Dreads') is a professional hair and dreadlock business done in my awesomely kitschy home-based salon. I specialize in, and create, beautiful dreads with your natural hair, and also provide maintenence services as well to keep your dreads looking "drop dread sexy" all the time! I am a full-service stylist as well; I regularly provide cuts (men, women, & children), colors (including foils, etc.), perms, hair extensions, waxing, hot shaves, and manicures & pedicures. I am available for special events such as weddings, prom, photo shoots, etc. and will even come to you at your event location if necessary or most convenient for you. I follow all federal, state, OSHA guidelines, and work in a clean environment that also feels like a home... coffee waiting for you and all! Available by appointment ONLY, I am flexible and will work with you and your schedule to make sure you get the services you want when it's convenient for you. Prices are below competition but quality of services will never be. When it comes to dreadlock services there IS NO competition and a consultation is necessary prior to making appointment for initial dread process.
