I had the pleasure to host a Selfcare Workshop with a Girl Scout group for two badges that are so vital for the next generation:

Outside the Mirror Badge:
Examine how beauty standards are shaped by culture and time with research on historical art OR historical beauty icons.

Finding My Voice Badge:
Mental health and stigma often go hand in hand, making some young people feel like they can’t talk about their concerns or experiences with friends and family.

I’ve learned so much in this season the importance of having our self worth foundated in Christ. Where everything else is inconsistent and inevitable to change.

Rasing 20% of this trip in one day!? To God be the Glory. I’m so grateful to everyone who has donated this far! 🥹🎉😩🙌🏾🥰💫😇🫶🏾🙏🏾
