I love what I do and value you and my time and can no longer be lenient with appt slots or repeated cancellations i understand that things happen but it hurts business and someone else could have had that slot. All services that are cancelled you must pay your cancellation fee before rebooking no exceptions! The fee is and has always been listed under each service. Iam only available on weekdays as of now.
