Completely meant to make time for a two year anniversary post for C O L S I E | Arlington, WA Hair Salon and the day to day grind of being a salon owner, stylist with my own clientele, mom, friend & wife postponed it a bit. . .

But we did it! We made it to ✌️ years with a team that makes my heart burst, a space where people felt taken care of & seen and confirmation that anyone is capable of whatever they put their mind to, truly.

I am so thankful for my girls that have chosen to work alongside me as I learn the ebbs & flow of being an owner. They give me so much grace and inspire me everyday. I love you all so freaking much (for all that you are and all that you bring to our team.) I can’t wait to see what year three brings for every single one of you 🤍

My clients: you all are the best gift this career could have ever given. I am always in awe of the friendship, stories and love you all share with me. My life is so rich because of the beautiful people who continuously support my small business. Even if it’s a far drive ;)
