Premiere San Antonio… you owe me NOTHING! 🥹🔥

I came to work, but I left with so much more.

New knowledge. New connections. New sisters in this industry. Mentorships, friendships AND workships loadingggg. 😂🤞🏾 And an even bigger vision for where I’m headed.

There were so many moments this weekend where I caught myself thinking… wow, I’m really out here doing this. 🥹

Being able to represent and SELL a product that I genuinely LOVE, actually use behind the chair, and truly believe in just hits different. HydraSilk has unlocked another side of me and babyyyy… I think I found another lane. 👀🔥

But what made this weekend even MORE special was having my people there. 🥹❤️

My mom, auntie & uncle literally came to San Antonio just to hang out with me and my husband, and I was able to sneak them into the show so they could actually SEE what I do. 😭 That meant more to me than they probably even realize.

Having family that genuinely supports you, shows up for you and simply wants to be around to witness you grow is something I will NEVER take for granted.

And MY HUSBAND?! 🥹❤️

To have a man beside me who isn’t just watching me chase my dreams, but is right there helping me build them?! And then to watch him absolutely KILL IT this weekend and have the entire team love him?! Like… how lucky could a girl be?! 😭

Then there’s this TEAM. 🥹 The way Autumn put this group together and we instantly blended… the conversations, the lessons, the laughs, the encouragement, the connections — everything felt like ALIGNMENT.

And one of my biggest takeaways?

The people in your corner MATTER.

Who pours into you.
Who believes in you.
Who celebrates you.
Who teaches you.
Who grows with you.
Who shows up when they don’t even have to.

It matters. ❤️

I’m leaving San Antonio with a FULL heart, a bigger vision and so much gratitude.

And the craziest part? I didn’t have to be anything other than ME.

Sometimes God will put you in a room just to remind you that you belong there. 🙏🏾✨

Mannnn… this is something I’ve been wanting to do for a LONG time. 🥹

Me and my husband have talked plenty of times about creating our own podcast — and that WILL come — but this right here? This hits home.

Each One, Teach One: The Healthy Hair Conversation.

If we’re only going to privately discuss how to take care of our clients’ hair behind the chair, then ima bring the conversation to the FRONT of the chair.

If we see the damage and we’re not going to tell the client, “No, this style doesn’t work for you anymore,” then I WILL.

And so will the ladies joining me for my very first conversation:

WHEN IS ENOUGH… ENOUGH?!

I’m doing it scared.
I’m doing it whether everybody understands the vision or not — no shade, that’s just facts. 😂
And most importantly, I’m doing it.

For a long time I’ve asked myself, How do I grow? How do I pivot? How do I become more than “just a hairstylist”?

Becoming a Trichologist was part of that journey. The research, the education, the conversations, the things I see behind the chair every single day — ALL of it has been leading me somewhere.

And I finally feel like…it’s time.

This isn’t something I came up with overnight. It took time, guidance, focus and honestly some courage to finally say EFF IT . I’M DOING IT. 😂

I don’t even want to call this a podcast yet because if we’re being transparent, I currently have ONE episode lined up. 😂 And you know what?

I DON’T CARE.

Episode 1 is happening.

And after this conversation, I want to open this table to other like-minded people. Stylists. Trichologists. Educators. Small business owners. People with experiences, knowledge and something worth sharing.

I don’t know exactly what this will grow into yet.

But I know it’s going to grow.

And I’m going to be LOUD about it. 😂
