Hello everyone,

I'm glad we made it through the storm. I hope everyone was able to stay warm and dry. I have taken out the studio air conditioner because it seems like we are migrating into the season of the heated table warmer :)

The best time is right now. We all know. It is so helpful for our quality of life, our sense of mental and physical balance, and just giving ourselves some time to heal from our tasks and obligations. Give yourself that time. You deserve it.

As part of my welcoming of the student and teacher population in the city, I wanted to extend a discount for the month of September. If you are a current student or teacher/admin staff of any of the schools within the Boston/Cambridge/Somerville regions: You can receive sessions at a 10% discount all month!

Simply type "-School-" in the session notes while booking the session or let me know when you arrive, and any session will be 10% off in September. You deserve it!

This does not apply to the pre-existing 20% discount on 1st time clients. Does not apply to 4-pack sessions either.

As I've mentioned before, my schedule will be changing at the studio beginning this week.

Mon-Tues: off
Weds: 10am-8pm
Thurs: 10am-4pm
Fri: off
Sat: 10am-8pm
Sun: 10am-8pm

Don't forget my 4-pack discount sessions are available and are a great option for saving some money, as well as having some easy options for booking sessions in the future. You'll see them listed on my website.

Hey everyone,

I hope the day is going well.
I wanted to let you know that beginning September 1st, the schedule at the studio will be changing a bit.

I won't be working Fridays, or Thursday mornings.
Also, effective as of today I have extended my workday to begin at 10am instead of 11am. I've also decided to give myself 2 days off a week. Imagine that. So, I will be out of the office on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Summary: I'll be in the studio Wednesday, Thursday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday. 10am-8pm.

I will actually be working at the StretchMed location in Belmont on Fridays if anyone would like to see me there for a good stretching :)

I'm hoping that my new earlier start time at the studio will allow a few more people to make some bookings.

Also, a reminder to check with your primary care, physical therapist or chiropractor to see if they would recommend massage therapy. If they can provide a LMN (letter of medical necessity) then your FSA or HSA health insurance can be used to pay for you massage sessions at my studio. I can process the card just like a credit card.

Hey everyone,

After some work with some of my clients as well as doing a bit of research on my own, I wanted to share some very positive information. FSA and HSA health insurance account benefits can be applied to massage therapy!
You simply need a note from your doctor, chiropractor or physical therapist stating that you would benefit from a massage for a specific reason. Those reasons can be related to injury recovery, chronic pain, muscle spasming, depression and other issues. So far it has been my experience that I am able to process a client's FSA card as payment after the session the same as a credit card. So, I wanted to let everyone know, it could be something that would allow easier access to my services. Have a chat with your medical provider(s) and see what they say.

Also, I have some time available today as well as a last minute cancellation for tomorrow morning if anyone is in need of a session. Have a look at the schedule.

Hey everybody,

I wanted to send out a reminder that my 4-pack discount sessions are ready and available for everyone! You save $10 on each session, so you save $40 in total which is a great deal. It's always good to have a few sessions ready to go, whenever you need them.
