I’ve been pretty quiet lately, working on some health issues, getting my real estate license, seeking God’s will, and searching for products and income opportunities that I can get behind. I refuse to use toxins in my yard, and I garden organically. I’m so excited about this! Monarch (not swallowtail like I originally thought) butterfly caterpillars are making cocoons on my fence! I’ve found one cocoon and five caterpillars so far!

I’m learning more about our gut biome and all the organisms living there and how heavily what we eat influences them and in turn, how they influence our health. 🤯
