💥 The Systemic Destruction of Ego: When Pride Burns the Map
When ego becomes the architect of life, it doesn't just block a single connection—it engineers systemic failures.....
The heart whispers of connection, loyalty, and purpose, but when pride takes precedence, it compels to double down on a stance of defense, shattering the very foundations of your world:
EGO break down the person your heart seeks to build a bridge with, substituting vulnerability for rigid self-defense.
EGO sacrifice years of loyalty and trust on the altar of being "right," replacing genuine relationship with mere performance.
EGO allow fear of failure and bruised pride to derail aspirations, choosing a safe, constrained path over the bold, authentic desire for growth.
The tragedy is that by the time EGO realize the total brokenness, it's too late: self-preservation mechanisms of emotional numbness and isolation have already sealed the fortress. Leaving YOU your EGO left perfectly defended against all pain, growth, and change disconnecting you from every desire your heart ever held.
The cost of a swollen ego is not a disagreement; it is the total wreckage of your entire relational map Be humble and chose wisely.

✨ Building Your Temple: When Your Body Speaks Up ✨
Last week was about the chaos of life. This week, let’s talk about the structure that carries us through:
If you’ve been feeling burnout or pain, hear this truth: Your body is your temple, and it is built for self-preservation. When your physical health starts deteriorating, it is a message screaming: "I cannot survive under these conditions."
This requires intentionality and alignment. As the Scriptures teach us in Proverbs 24:3-4:
“By wisdom a house is built, and through understanding it is established; through knowledge its rooms are filled with rare and beautiful treasures.”
We cannot build a strong house—a healthy life, a fulfilled purpose, a thriving body—without wisdom, understanding, and knowledge.
Stop normalizing dysfunction simply because of your vulnerabilities, insecurities, proclivoties or pride. Having ego and pride as your borameter and guide is the worst thing you can do for your life and health. Because PRIDE COMES BEFORE DESTRUCTION!
Trust your body; it will guide you to where you need to be. Eliminate what is disturbing your peace and negatively affecting your health, and start filling your temple with rare and beautiful treasures.

This week, I got to celebrate my His Masterpiece Women’s Wellness LLC five-year anniversary by living my purpose: mentoring and serving the community.
It was an incredible day! I provided a guided practice session to help an aspiring cosmetologist build her confidence and had the honor of speaking to the students at Adia Beauty College about all the amazing opportunities in our field. Nothing is more rewarding than pouring into the next generation!
And now? The canvas is changing! I'm trading my educator hat for my collaborator hat as I head to Cancun to network, brainstorm, and catch up with a friend for the next chapter of this journey we call life.

In a world demanding constant, performative presence, I chose the path of deliberate silence and detachment.
