BoldBloom Beauty Bar is growing, and we’re looking for a passionate beauty professional ready to step into a leadership role!

We are seeking an Assistant Manager & Lead Braider who is skilled in braiding, passionate about beauty, and excited to help build and lead a successful salon team.

Role Responsibilities:
✨ Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new team members
✨ Conduct employee orientations and support team onboarding
✨ Create and manage braiding schedules to ensure smooth daily operations
✨ Provide professional braiding services while delivering an exceptional client experience
✨ Lead, mentor, and support stylists through coaching and team development
✨ Train new employees on braiding techniques, salon standards, and client care
✨ Teach new techniques, trending styles, and updated industry methods
✨ Assist with social media marketing, promotions, and growing the BoldBloom brand
✨ Help maintain a positive, professional, and team-focused salon environment

Ideal Candidate:
✔️ Experienced braider with confidence in multiple styles and techniques
✔️ Natural leader who enjoys teaching and developing others
✔️ Organized, dependable, and goal-oriented
✔️ Creative with knowledge of beauty trends and social media marketing
✔️ Excited about growing with an expanding beauty brand

Compensation & Growth:
💰 Starting pay: $16–$18/hour + commission opportunities
