1000 classes for Nicole Felt 🤩
Nicole has been with us since day 1. Yes, the very first day the studio opened she was here. Actually, she also came to a pop up at Athleta before we even opened!!
It’s safe to say Nicole isn’t just a part of our community, she helped create it. She’s one of Barre Forward’s biggest cheerleaders and we are beyond grateful for the support over the years.
Nicole, we have loved every single one of those 1,000 with you, even if you were 1 minute late to 949 of them! 😘
In all seriousness, this is a ridiculously awesome achievement and we are beyond proud of you! 🖤
CONGRATS!!!!

A new instructor has joined the Barre Forward Dream Team…
Meet Christina!!! Your new Thursday 8:45am hype girl!!!🎉
Christina started taking classes at Barre Forward while expecting her daughter, and continued right up until her due date. It’s safe to say, you can’t keep her away!
After leaving a career in Washington, D.C. to focus on raising her family, Christina discovered a new passion for health and movement, eventually becoming an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. Barre quickly became an important part of that journey.
Barre Forward holds a special place in Christina’s heart. When she moved to the Annapolis area from D.C., she didn’t know many people. It was at Barre Forward that she began building a community, forming friendships, and meeting so many incredible people. She loves that the studio is a place where you can challenge yourself, have fun, and feel connected, and she’s excited to create that same experience for others as an instructor.
Originally from New Jersey, Christina now lives in Annapolis with her husband, Rob, and their two children, Max and Ava. When she’s not teaching barre, you can find her traveling, reading, or chasing her kids around Target.
We are so excited to welcome Christina! Her community classes were 🔥 and she brings so much joy and energy to the mic. Christina we know you are going to be amazing and our community is lucky to have you!!

💯 Classes for Abby Lambros 🎉
“I started going to barre when I was pregnant with my youngest because I wanted to feel stronger and prepare for postpartum in a better way than I did for my oldest. I then continued it through the postpartum period while I was out on maternity leave.
It meant a lot to me to have that escape outside of the house and feel like I was doing something just for me. It made me a more patient, and physically stronger, mother which was really something I was struggling with. And then when I was blindsided by my divorce it was hard for me to get back to the things that I knew and love because my whole life was in disarray around me.
I started to slowly but surely go back to barre and dive into the community that was around me. I started to prioritize myself and my physical and emotional health during a really trying time.
Now that things are nearly finalized and I am in a better spot, it’s nice to reflect on all that I have gotten to accomplish at barre. I can’t believe it’s been 100 classes. You guys have known me through many really big formative parts of my life and it has been really special to be apart of such an amazing and supportive community. You really have gotten me through a lot of the high highs and low lows that I have experienced and I couldn’t be more grateful. “
Abby, we adore you! Thank you for choosing BF to be a part of your journey. We are so grateful to have you in our community!! 🖤
