🚧 There’s definitely a little extra construction and traffic around the wellness center right now, but we’re choosing to look on the bright side!
Like magic, when the dust settles, we’ll have a brand-new movie theater right here in our community. 🎬✨
As my new friend Michael would say… “Just beat it!” (the construction, that is 😆)
Until then, we’ll keep working, the relaxation flowing, and look forward to movie nights just around the corner. 🍿🎥✨

Copper water… ancient wellness with modern benefits ✨
Drinking water stored in a copper vessel (Tamra Jal) has been used for centuries—and for good reason.
💧 Supports digestion
💧 Natural antimicrobial properties
💧 May help reduce inflammation
💧 Supports immune health
💧 Trace minerals your body loves
Simple routine:
Fill your copper vessel at night, let it sit 6–8 hours, and drink first thing in the morning.
Small habits. Big impact. 🤍
Wellness doesn’t have to be complicated—it just has to be consistent.

Summary of SB 246 “Massage Establishment Bill”
Senate Minority Whip Pat Woods is sponsoring bill SB 246 during this year’s legislative session. If passed, this bill would add language to the Massage Therapy Practice Act to include a requirement for any facility/premises that provides massage therapy services to secure and maintain an establishment license. Here are the key takeaways:
-Facilities that provide massage therapy would be required to keep a massage establishment license.
-Licensed massage establishments would be subject to inspections at any time, whether or not customers are present.
-Inspections would be conducted to review criteria set by the Regulation and Licensing Department (RLD.)
-Penalties for operating an establishment without a license and/or refusing to allow inspections to take place would be determined by RLD.
-The bill also requires licensed massage therapists to display a photo with their license.
The bill resembles the one that failed to pass during the 2025 session (SB 203.) However, this year’s bill, SB 246 does *not* have language that excludes home-based massage practices or mobile practices from requiring an establishment license.
