Many muscles work in “chains.” For example the top line muscles of a horse and the abdominal muscles. When balanced the muscles combine to create a state of equilibrium. However, if more focus is put on one region vs. the other, or if there is tension, the imbalance can inhibit good movement.

Equine sports massage can help regain the equilibrium by restoring muscle tissue within the chain, keeping those muscles healthy and ready to work as a group!

🐴 Cocking a hind leg
🐴 And even falling asleep!
