Sacred Eye Massage + Reiki

I LOVE owning a business AND it’s f*cking hard.
I tried posting this yesterday, but I had 6 straight hours of massage where I ran over every single time, leaving me with exactly zero time for a break. Aaaaaand sometimes it’s just like that 🫠🤷🏻‍♀️

And to be clear: I am in NO way glorifying overworking yourself. I usually hate this sentiment above AND I’m the queen of rest, right? 😂 I believe in taking breaks, protecting your energy, and knowing when you’ve had enough.

But sometimes this sh*t is just hard work that needs to be done.

And while I absolutely deserve rest too, sometimes I also have to remind myself that I’m capable of hard things.

That I can show up when I don’t really feel like showing up.
That I can do the uncomfortable things.
That I can have a hard day and still keep trudging.

Because sometimes the reminder we need isn’t “you need rest.”

It’s simply: you’re capable of this. Keep going. 🧡 (and, I’ll be here when you’re ready to rest ☺️)
