Safe to say I’ve had a GREAT week! Thank you for welcoming me and joining me for yoga on the beach. Thank you for the opportunity to go on a teaching vacation. I will hopefully be back at another resort to teach soon 🙏🏼💙

I’ve decided to go into social media hibernation for this winter season. Take more time for internal reflection and get rid of the outside noice, starting with a sound & silence retreat this weekend!

I’m going by myself (longest I’ve ever been away from both kids at the same time) and I’ll be quiet for 48h of the 3 day retreat. I’m excited and a little nervous.

I’ll resurface again when time comes to promote our next Swedish retreat in June 2023! If you already know you’re interested you can mark your calendar for June 18-25th as I will aim for midsummer in Sweden again with ❤️

It's about being open to a new version of yourself, allowing yourself to grow. It's a time of self reflection, a time of vulnerability, a situation you might not have found yourself in before. We are back in Colorado! Theo and I just came back from Costa Rica after hosting our first retreat in over 2.5 years! We filled up with new memories and experiences to last a lifetime. Our Costa Rica retreat was in collaboration with Wellness Retreats with Purpose] and our friend Celi.

Wellness Retreats with Purpose] unique offering is to really get in touch with the community you visit, get exposure to the culture and go beyond the surface. We got to know the locals, did some volunteer work and by the time we left it really felt like Costa Rica is not just a place but a culture and people.

With that in mind I am very excited to host our first ever Swedish retreat with ! To host a retreat in my home country is a new and exciting experience for me. As the yoga practice and workshops allows for a deeper connection and really tapping into your surroundings, it will be very interesting to dive deeper close to home. Like being a tourist in your own country in a way, exploring my values and culture on a new level.

There are things coming back to life from traveling again! A sense of adventure and a welcomed reminder that the world is so big and filled with so much beauty and kindness.

For us it’s also getting together with family. Sure, we still hang out in a room all on our phones at times even when in Costa Rica 😉, but then there are moments like in this picture! Aunt and baby Theo looking at horses and waves for a moment while holding on to each other. However much we love video calls, this is different. ❤️

SO happy to be able to finally do this retreat together with .yourway Tomorrow the participants arrive and we cannot wait!!

Took a walk without my phone today. Realized that is kind of rare. And now I’m sitting on our balcony taking a moment to myself before picking up the kids. I think I’m getting better at being present and enjoying the little things and sometimes short moments of alone time 💪🏼Work in progress as always.
