Mental health isn’t just my "day job"—it’s woven into everything I do.

I’ve spent nearly two decades as a therapist. Between that work and my recent path in adding in psilocybin-assisted therapy, I see every day how people rely on accessible, high-quality care.

That’s why this May, Nomadic Fire is partnering with Jefferson Center for Mental Health. For the entire month, 20% of ALL purchases go directly to JCMH. They’ve spent 65 years providing essential crisis support and psychiatric care to our neighbors, regardless of their ability to pay.

Sorry friends—tonight’s sauna is cancelled. With a Red Flag Warning, extremely critical fire weather advisory conditions, and wind gusts up to 60 mph, towing a giant wooden box and lighting a fire just isn’t the move. Tonight’s about playing it safe and respecting wildfire prevention efforts. I’ve reached out to (or will be reaching out shortly to) everyone who was booked regarding their reservation. Thank you for understanding. We'll see you next week! (Mother Nature permitting!)
