September is the other January. As summer comes to an end and the kids head back to school, it feels like the perfect time to reflect and reset, create healthier habits before the busy holiday season, set goals you'd like to achieve by the end of the year, plan for the next year, declutter and prepare for a new season.

Nature has a way of reminding us that change is healthy. Trees let go of their leaves not because they're dying, but because they're preparing for what's next. Maybe this month is your reminder to let go of the habits that aren't serving you and the things that are out of your control.
