Taking care of yourself isn’t always a massage, it can be a small as a walk, journaling, breathing, but it needs to be an everyday routine. You are the best you and nobody can take that away from you!

Getting a massage is empowering, letting your massage therapist know what you need, and telling them that the pressure is too much or too little. Moving your body on the massage table for your comfort, creates a safe and heard environment. My goal as a massage therapist is to create this space for every person on my table.

There are many reasons why massage is good for the body, mind and soul. For the body massage is good for taking time to rest. For the mind, it’s good for relaxing and releasing stress and for the soul, it’s good for taking time to reconnect to who you are!
