Massage is great and helps people feel good in the moment and possibly for a couple of days after the massage. But the body is more than physical; it’s emotional, energetic, mental, and a nervous system. The whole body needs to be connected, loved, and honored. But it’s an everyday experience; you can’t go to the gym for a week and expect to be strong for life. You are responsible for your emotional, physical, mental, energetic body and nervous system. I am here to support people in the whole body experience!

The practice of massage is an art, nobody is created the same, but everyone may have the same wants in life, to be heard, to be nurtured, to be accepted and respected. I create massages to calm and relax the nervous system before I give a massage and let the body know it can have all of the above. Everyone deserves the best of the best.

My purpose is to give the client the best of the best massage tailored to their needs!

What is your favorite massage modality?

Not all massage therapist are the same, and everyone has a preference for their massage experience. I work slow, reading the body (not the brain) and creating the best massage and bodywork to the person on my table. I truly believe ach body knows whats best for themselves.
