You’ll walk away with a greater understanding of how herbs are used to balance the body, how to connect deeper with the Earth and receive the calming effects of sound medicine.

Shout out to who will be hosting our local community herbal gathering, Saturday, June 11th from 12-4 featuring and
is a beautiful urban farm Rooted in Community located on Atkins Ave. in Asbury Park. They are truly an example of a community hub, providing a grounded space of nature, community gathering, children’s educational programs, sustainable workshops, farm to table dinners, a bug safe haven, community gardens, job trainings and so much more
We are so excited to be collaborating with them to bring you an amazing day of community, connection, sharing of wisdom and remembering together and hope you will join us!

We are so excited to conclude OBHG event with the loving and healing sound medicine provided by our dear friend and sister, 
Sound bowls can be made from a variety of materials including metals and crystals. The first singing bowls were made of different metals over 5,000 years ago in Mesopotamia. They have been used since then in various forms of healing practices. 
✨They support and stimulate calm brain waves which can support better concentration, release of blockages and tensions, and can provide more energy in day-to-day living.
✨The sound frequencies can help to reduce pain, support deep relaxation, and muscle regeneration. The support the flow of energy and elimination of toxins from the body.

We are excited to welcome  to our event in June! Rhiannon is an Indigenous medium, witch, and story-teller. She will be sharing her wisdom with us on our relationship with the land and plant medicine. 

Just as we have our own energy and essence that we can begin to understand more deeply, so do plants! By deepening this relationship with plants and the world around us, we can work to preserve these relationships, our communities and the world at large.
