I offer therapeutic massage therapy. I specialize in deep tissue and focus on "fixing" that sore neck, shoulder, hip. I can also offer a relaxing massage to reduce the "mind tension" and assist in allowing you to let go of the times...for an hour or so.
I am a board certified and licensed massage therapist in Leesburg/Asburn for the past 10 yrs. I attended Northern Virginia school of Therapeutic Massage.

Hot Stone Massage
Audra is exceptional. She can give whatever massage you need. I love a combo Fascia Blaster/ Deep Tissue. If I want to just relax and have a feel good Swedish massage she is excellent at that too! I highly recommend you give her a try!

Let's talk about health. Most know being in good health means a good diet, taking supplements, exercise etc. but many don't think about the benefits of a regular massage. Massage can detoxify your body, keep your muscles flexible, increase circulation and de-stress the mind in this crazy world. Many use massage to get the knot out of that sore neck, but it is best to keep it from happening in the first place by being proactive instead of reactive. Monthly massage will greatly improve your overall health and sanity.
