Got it 👍
I’ve only been saying this for years!
Three hills I’ll die on:
1️⃣ I love efficiency - we’re killing *3* birds with 1 stone here since you get makeup-like coverage, quality skincare ingredients, and mineral protection from UVA, UVB, and HEV wavelengths.
2️⃣ Makeup and I are no strangers (the OGs know) … but the ingredients in majority of those bottles out there are TREACHEROUS for your skin. Pore cloggers, fillers, irritants.
3️⃣ Your money is going towards brand recognition and your favorite tiktoker’s PR package when it could be going towards research that prioritizes quality formulations & ingredient innovation!
It’s a cycle:
🔄 People feel uncomfortable in their skin
🔄 Cover it up with makeup, typically skipping SPF
🔄 Skin responds poorly to makeup + is further damaged from exposure to sun and free radicals
So, my friend… It’s time to start a new cycle 🪄🔄✨
If you want to start swapping out your makeup for the magic of then you know where to find me! 💌
When you’re due for a nail appointment but you see the box has arrived. 👀💙
Fitting skin advice, personal connection, and relaxation all into a service looks like…
So great to catch up with a long time friend & I love when it’s on my table! 🫶🏻

Trust the Process — Purging Is a Positive Sign!
When beginning corrective treatments, it’s common for the skin to appear “worse” before it gets better. This is actually a great sign; it means your skin is responding to the active ingredients and beginning the renewal process.
Corrective treatments work by stimulating cell turnover, which promotes healthier, clearer skin. Here’s what’s happening beneath the surface:
• Detoxing – Congested follicles push impurities “up and out,” helping clear the skin from within.
• Lightening – Dead skin cells that carry discoloration from sun damage, hormonal changes, or past acne are shed, revealing a more even tone.
• Brightening – Increased circulation delivers oxygen and nutrients to the skin, leaving it more radiant.
• Tightening – Collagen production is stimulated, which strengthens and rejuvenates the skin’s structure for a firmer appearance.
So if you're experiencing purging, stay consistent and patient. Your skin is on its way to transformation!

2 WEEK TRANSFORMATION ❤️🔥
For years, Dani treated herself to the occasional “self-care-day” facial, which I am all for!
But recently, she decided it was time to get serious about her skin. So I got to work! I pieced together a complete product regimen, ensuring it aligned with her needs/goals, preferences, and lifestyle. In just 15 days, her skin is already displaying incredible vitality and suppleness, as well as significant improvement in discoloration.
Remember, your daily routine can make all the difference. Big applause to Dani for making the decision to commit and stay consistent! 👏🏻
I’m here to support you—whether you’re after relaxation, results, or a perfect mix of both!

My hot take? SKIN IS MORE SIMILAR TO *WEIGHT LOSS & MUSCLE GAIN* VS. *HAIR & NAILS*
Here’s why…
***Tldr; skin isn’t an instant gratification ordeal, it’s a lengthy process of training an organ and it takes consistency, inside and outside of the treatment room.***
-
It’s often grouped as “hair, skin, and nails” … but in a matter of hours, your hair can get chopped & colored, and your nails can be shaped & painted. Our skin does NOT change this quickly!
Skin has an average “cell cycle” of 1 month! This slows down as we age. As the body’s largest organ, it is going to take some time to train, strengthen, lighten, and clear it.
Weight loss & muscle gain is a slow and steady process as well, that requires paying attention to nutrition, movement, measurements, etc. Just as fad diets don’t work, neither do the quick “skin fix” products or trends. It is not sustainable, nor guaranteed to be a healthy long-term solution.
Keep in mind: Just as everyone’s body type is different, so are our skin types. People have some sensitivities to foods, which replicates sensitivities to certain ingredients.
Another correlation is having to walk, before you can run. Or, if someone is just starting to work out, their muscles are not going to be prepped to handle lifting 300 lbs. As far as “active” products… stronger is not always better. Eventually, sure. But let’s say you are just starting to work out, trying to squat 300 lbs is going to harm your body. So if you are not adamantly cleansing, moisturizing, and protecting with sunscreen DAILY, then please step awayyyyyyy from the retinol!
This is how I look at the breakdown:
Slow and steady wins the race
20%: in-gym workouts / in-clinic treatments
80%: diet & daily movement / home care routine & healthy habits
