Dear Lavie Hair Stylists customers,

We sure miss you over the past few weeks and are very excited that all of those home staying and social distancing has worked. Finally, our state's COVID-19 curve is manageable enough that we can start offering services to our customers.

We are committed to the health and safety of our customers, and to help reduce the spread of COVID-19, we will be open for appointment only until further notices. Please take a moment to read our guideline below for how to schedule an appointment and a few things we are asking our customers to follow when coming into our facility for your hair services.

Making appointment:
1. Please send us an email ([email protected]) to request an appointment. Please include the following information for EACH person who needs an appointment:
- Full name, phone number, new/current customer
- Which hair service do you need? Name of the requested hairstylist if you would like.
- Your preferred time and date (multiple time blocks if possible) for a date later than May 15, 2020.
2. We will respond to let you know if your preferred time/date works or if we need to reschedule it to a different time.

When you are here:
1. Please make sure that you wear a mask throughout the time you are inside the store to help keep our hair stylists safe from any possible spread. We will offer a 3 ply surgical mask for an additional fee if you happen to forget to bring your own.
2. Please make sure that you are not having a fever and not feeling unwell, or have been sick with a positive COVID-19 virus test, or had the symptoms without a test, in less than 14 days.

We thank you very much for all of your supports in getting our community getting back to normalcy quickly and safely. Please let us know if you have any question or suggestion.
