Skin cancer is the most common cancer in the U.S., but the good news is it’s highly treatable when caught early. That’s why awareness and prevention matter.

Take a few minutes to check your skin. It could save your life.

Here’s how to protect yourself:
✔️ Use SPF 30+ sunscreen daily
✔️ Wear hats, sunglasses & protective clothing
✔️ Seek shade, especially 10AM–4PM
✔️ Avoid tanning beds

Know the ABCDEs of melanoma:
A – Asymmetry
B – Border irregularity
C – Color variation
D – Diameter (larger than a pencil eraser)
E – Evolving or changing spots

🚨 Watch for anything new, changing, or not healing.

Sun damage adds up over time—daily protection makes all the difference.
