This is about transformation, community, accountability, and building a lifestyle that lasts.
Awareness. Intention. Action. Accountability.
That is the framework.
First, build awareness around what is actually happening.
Are you skipping workouts?
Are you procrastinating?
Are you losing track of your nutrition?
Are you saying you want change, but not measuring anything?
Then set the intention.
What is the north star you are working toward? Better health, weight loss, strength, energy, confidence, discipline, longevity, or simply showing up more consistently?
Then take clear action.
Not vague action. Not “I’ll try harder.” Actual steps you can repeat.
And finally, build in accountability.
That could be a coach, a workout buddy, a friend, a spouse, a group, or someone you check in with. It does not always have to be paid coaching, but you do need support when motivation drops and procrastination shows up.
Fitness, weight loss, habit building, discipline, accountability, health coaching, men’s health, fitness over 40, lifestyle change, and personal growth all need the same foundation:
Know what you’re working on.
Know where you’re going.
Take the next step.
Have someone help you stay in it.
That is how change becomes sustainable.
If your days are built around work, training, kids, family, and trying to stay consistent, your supplement routine does not need to be complicated.
For me, the morning base is simple:
Creatine
D3/K2
And when the cognitive load is high, sleep is low, or my brain feels tired before my body does, rhodiola is something I look at as a support tool.
But before any supplement makes it into my routine, it has to pass my 60-second audit.
There are 3 things I look for:
Form: Is it the right type of ingredient?
Dose: Is there enough of it to actually matter?
Testing: Is it third-party tested or verified?
If one of those is missing, I’m not interested.
There was a time when I leaned too hard on stimulants just to get through the day. Now I care more about building a stack that supports real life without turning the routine into another full-time job.
Most products, including some you may already be using, fail this simple audit.
That is why I use it with myself and coach it with clients.
Creatine, D3 K2, rhodiola, supplement stack, men’s health, fitness over 40, stress support, cognitive performance, training recovery, ADHD focus, fatherhood, healthy habits, and lifestyle fitness all come back to one rule:
Do not guess with your supplements.
This is not medical advice. Check your labs, talk to your doctor, and make sure anything you take fits your body, your goals, and your health history.
The bathroom sounds like a small part of the house tour, but this is where real life systems show up.
Clean space matters.
Not just because of sanitation, but because of how you feel, think, and move inside that space.
When your home feels chaotic, you usually feel chaotic. When things have a place to live, you interact with your space differently.
And yes, I know exactly who put the flowers in here.
That is one of the things I appreciate about having a partner who cares about the environment we live in. The small touches matter.
This is the girls’ bathroom, so I’ve also been told I’m basically not allowed to use it unless it is an emergency.
Real life house tour, family routine, clean space, home organization, ADHD systems, parenting life, family home, healthy habits, lifestyle fitness, and sustainable routines all connect back to the same idea:
Your space affects how you show up.
Some days you're on. Some days you're juggling everything.
Training, work, family, coaching... those are the days when having a simple routine matters most.
For me, it's not about chasing the latest biohack. It's about having a few products I trust that fit into my day without adding more complexity.
Rhodiola is part of my daytime routine when the workload ramps up, and collagen has become an easy way to support my recovery and protein intake in the evening, especially if I haven't hit my nutrition goals.
Simple. Consistent. Sustainable.
What's one non-negotiable in your daily routine?
This is not an MTV Cribs house tour.
This is the real life version.
We moved into this apartment two weeks ago, we have four kids, a dog, a full schedule, and we did not clean up just to make the internet comfortable.
That is the point.
Social media usually shows you the clean angle. Real life has boxes, shoes, baby bags, leashes, keys, mail, kids in the background, and systems that are still being built.
One of the biggest things that helps in a busy house, especially for my ADHD people, is giving everything a place to live.
Keys have a place.
Wallet has a place.
Phone has a place.
Mail has a place.
Shoes have a place.
The dog leash has a place.
The baby bag has a place.
This is not about being perfect. It is about building a sustainable lifestyle where everyone can take ownership of their space.
The kids have their area. Carrie has her area. I have my area.
When life is full, systems matter.
Home organization, ADHD systems, family routine, apartment tour, real life house tour, parenting, lifestyle fitness, healthy habits, family life, morning routine, and sustainable systems all come back to one thing:
Make real life easier to live in.
There are times when training, business, and family all demand more from me. That’s when Rhodiola becomes one of the tools I reach for.
But I don’t recommend supplements based on marketing. I recommend them based on a simple audit.
Before I use any supplement, I ask four questions:
✅ Form: Is it the exact ingredient I’m looking for?
✅ Dose: Is it provided in an amount that matches the research?
✅ Testing: Can I review a third-party Certificate of Analysis (COA)?
✅ Manufacturing: Is it produced in a GMP and ISO-certified facility?
If a product doesn’t check those boxes, I move on.
That’s why I’m comfortable recommending the Rhodiola I use. It’s not about hype. It’s about knowing exactly what’s in the bottle.

The internet shows you the clean shot.
Real life shows you the chaos around it.
This is what a real morning routine looks like when you are balancing kids, coaching, training, filming, work, ADHD, low sleep, and a full day ahead.
The goal is not to make the day look perfect.
The goal is to build enough structure that you can still show up when the day is messy.
For me, that means getting changed, getting into the office, preparing for training, managing the cognitive load, and using the tools that help me stay locked in without feeling jittery.
Today that included coffee and rhodiola.
I am not a doctor, and this is not medical advice, but as someone with ADHD, I have found rhodiola helpful on stressful days when the workload is heavy and I need to stay focused.
Fitness is not just the workout.
It is the lifestyle around the workout.
Morning routine, ADHD focus, rhodiola, natural supplements, stress support, fitness lifestyle, men’s health, fitness over 40, healthy habits, daily routine, productivity, fatherhood, training, coaching, and wellness all come back to one thing:
Build a system that works in real life.
Creatine is one of the few supplements I keep simple.
As a Muay Thai world champion, performance coach, business owner and dad of four, there are weeks where training, work and lack of sleep all hit at once.
For me, creatine monohydrate is a daily non-negotiable.
I keep it straightforward: 3 to 5 grams daily. Pure creatine monohydrate. No blends. No fluff.
And if creatine has caused stomach or GI issues for you before, splitting your daily serving into smaller doses may be worth discussing with your healthcare professional.
Creatine is not a replacement for sleep. It is one tool I use as part of a bigger performance routine.
