I genuinely enjoy these continuing ed classes! Each time I come back into my practice feeling rejuvenated with useful techniques that help to relieve chronic pain patterns. These PNF techniques are used to unravel those patterns creating more space in shortened muscle fibers and allowing the body to ease into mobility. Had the best time doing chair massage for the United Way event held over the weekend! A huge thank you to everyone who came out and supported our youth, the amount of time and effort that goes into these events is greatly noticed. Our community here is so special and I’m proud to be a part of it!

I’ve been meaning to post these for some time now but ya know life!!! So happy to be here, to be doing what I love every day and to work next to such an amazing group of women. All good things happen when you least expect it and it feels like everything is falling right into place! Truly grateful! 🥰

Hey yall! 🫶🏼

Firstly, thank you so much for being patient with me as I work on getting everyone rescheduled. I know these times have been difficult to navigate through and I just want you to know that I am here for you. I know there is a still a long road ahead of us to recovery but seeing how our community has risen above and beyond and provided for each other is so heartwarming. In a disaster we pulled together, gathered resources and lended a hand to our neighbors, friends, and members of our community. 🫶🏼

The energy surrounding our community is everything and I’m so happy and blessed to be here with you. As of tomorrow I will be slowly transitioning back into work. If I haven’t reached out to you just yet I am definitely working on it. If you don’t hear from me in the next few days please feel free to reach out. We are in this together and if there is anything I can do to help please let me know. I’m here for you, let the healing begin. 🩵

We are devastated for our community and surrounding areas of Asheville. Thankfully our family and our home is safe but we were without power, cell service and water for days as many still are. We decided to evacuate to Charlotte for a few days to regroup and figure out our next move.

We are incredibly grateful to all of our friends, family and neighbors for checking on us, keeping us safe and coming together to help feed our kids through this tragedy. I know that our community is so strong and we will all come together to rebuild what has been destroyed. Please keep your prayers and thoughts with everyone that has had to endure this. We love y’all so much and as soon as we can get back home I will do my best to bring some supplies back and do whatever it takes to help anyone in need.

For now all appointments are cancelled until further notice. As soon as I have more info I will let you guys know. Love you and I hope to see you all again soon. 🫶🏼
