It is hard to imagine our pregnancy and delivery without Chelsea by our side. She took the time to listen and understand our goals for delivery while ensuring we felt educated and informed as first-time parents.

After an unplanned induction, Chelsea was there to advocate for us, remind me of my labor goals, and support me through the rollercoaster of active labor.

Chelsea is someone who truly wants to make sure the mother is getting the support she needs through all aspects of pregnancy. Her check-ins post-delivery and at home reminded me of the incredible support I had around me during recovery.

Our memories of our daughter’s arrival wouldn’t be the same without Chelsea. Her hands-on approach, calming energy, and constant communication are something I will be forever grateful for. We also have photos and videos taken by Chelsea during the labor process that we will cherish forever.

She recommended books while I managed gestational diabetes. Before that, she recommended books about the birth process. Our first baby was a Scheduled C-section baby. I don’t regret having Chelsea for support surrounding this. She let my husband and I know what that would look like/ feel like. I’m thankful for her information to make that experience more comfortable. She supported us with latching and even came to our home after to check if there was more she could do. If you’re on the fence about a birth Doula, I would recommend her no matter how your birth looks. She met with us multiple times for comfort, information and support she offered free massages ( my husband got one too), she is incredibly gifted at “feeling the room” and instinctually understanding what your body needs during prenatal massages. She’s a sweet person as a whole and I’m so thankful we had her support during the most exciting time in our lives. ~KB
