Funny Friday!! We've got our meal plan and our grocery trip ready to go for the this weekend! We'll only be making one trip from the car to the house as well ;)

Just did our weekly grocery shopping! Quick tips: 1. Have a list when you go. This keeps you focused and less likely to be distracted by unhealthy food not on your list. 2. Keep to the outer aisles. These tend to be the aisles with produce, fresh meats, dairy and less processed foods.
