Hello Clients and Friends!
Jessica and I would like to share with our clients and friends that we are super excited to be opening this week for all of you! We look forward to getting back into our creative outlets and our artistic expression with your hair! We look forward to reconnecting in a more personal way with you over the coming weeks. We also would like to thank you for your patience in the efforts to reschedule an entire 8 weeks worth of clients into the coming month. We do appreciate the time you are taking to reschedule.For those of you that are waiting for responses from a text or call, please understand that you are not forgotten, We promise to get to you by the end of this coming week as we allow for extra time between clients to sanitize and keep you safe. We greatly appreciate you Thank you very much for your understanding and patience, especially after being closed for so long.
We also would like to share some information and guidelines in the reopening of J Salon. Per state guidelines, the maximum capacity of the salon is 6 including us. At this time the lobby/foyer of J Salon is closed until further notice. Upon your arrival, please notify us that you are in the parking lot. We request that you stay in your vehicle until we are able to allow you to come in. Due to Buncombe County ordinances , a face mask is required. If you don’t have one, please advise us and the salon will provide you with one. Upon arrival into the salon we will need to check your temperature as well. These measures are for the overall safety of others and ourselves. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. It is the new normal for the industry and what is being required by the state board of Cosmetic Arts. Along with Governor and local Buncombe County Officials. Thank you for your understanding. We look forward to seeing all of you in the coming weeks.

Hello Everyone!
I do hope that all of you are doing well, staying safe and staying healthy during these trying times for humanity. I first want to Thank All Of You for all the love and support that you have shared with me during these times of business closures. The texts, phone calls and emails warmed my heart beyond measure. I am extremely grateful for each of you and I have wished for you health and safety.

I am writing to update all of you on the status of reopening J Salon. The Governor has extended the Stay at home order to May 8th. After the 8th, the state will begin Phase 1 of the reopening process. By the advised email I received from the State Board Of Cosmetic Arts, Nail Salons, Barber Shops and Hair salons will be part of Phase 2 of the opening process which is expected to be 2-3 weeks after the 9th. (Meaning that tentatively it looks as if J Salon will be opening on June 1, 2020).

In Moving forward. If you already have an appointment scheduled in June, that appointment will be kept at its scheduled time and date. If you already have an appointment with me for the ending of April and the month of May, I will be contacting you to reschedule your appointment to June. This will take a bit of time and I will be contacting you in the order to schedule for June.This process will be done until all of you are rescheduled. If you contact me for a new appointment, remember that we will be booking you in July due to all of the clients I’m rescheduling over the past several weeks. I greatly appreciate all your patience! I also want all of you to know that I will be working longer hours to accommodate all of you to the best of my capabilities,staying Late and coming in early to meet your hair care needs!

Hello Everyone!
I do hope all of you are holding up in these trying times for all of humanity. I am reaching out to give all of you an update in regards to the temporary closure of J Salon.
As of Thursday March 19th at 5pm; J Salon was closed by the Buncombe County Officials until further notice. I recieved notification last night from the North Carolina State Board of Cosmetic Arts that Governor Cooper is official closing all Hair & Nail Salons, Barber Shops and Spas in the state for a 30 day period starting tomorrow Wednesday March 25th at 5pm. In hope of curving the current panademic of Covid-19. J Salon is hoping to be open by Tuesday April 28th.
If you have an appointment scheduled over the next 30 days please be advised that I will be in touch on a weekly bases with you to reschedule and get you accomodated as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that Vagaro is an option for your online booking needs. I will be doing my best to keep you informed. I appreciate and value all of your support for my business over the years! I look forward to servicing your hair needs in the near future.
I hope you will stay safe and calm. Remembering that we are in this together. Try to support and help one another as much as you can. During times like these we can share compassion, love, grace & unity for all of humanity. We stay stronger united than divided. Sending you LOVE and LIGHT!

After 3 Successful Years of operation! J Salon has expanded to a larger space located directly below the previous location at 70 Woodfin Place Suite 5 Asheville, NC 28801! Opened the doors officially Today, Tuesday October 23 2018!!! I am extremely grateful to all of you whom have supported J Salon all these years! Can’t wait to share to the new space with each & everyone of you!
