2. We’ll show you into your own private float suite and walk you through everything you need to know
3. You’ll shower before entering the float tank
4. Don’t worry about bringing any shower supplies, we’ve got you covered
5. After showering, make your way into the float tank
6. The float tank is totally dark and quiet, allowing the mind and body to desensitize. Welcome to the bliss of floating!
7. At the end, music and a blue light will turn on to signal that your session is ending
8. Exit the tank and shower again, removing all the salt water, and then wrap up in one of our fluffy Turkish Towels
9. Head back to the lounge and get cozy. Journaling and writing supplies are provided to support your integration.
10. Meet us at the front desk to check out and share about your experience!

Haven’t tried a float yet? We would be happy to welcome you in and have you try it out. We recommend trying it at least once, or twice, to really get the full experience ☺️

If you are coming to the spa for the first time, and find yourself with this view when you walk in the door, you have accidentally wandered into the Still Point Collective, whose door is just a few paces to the right of the main entrance to the spa. This is the space adjacent to the spa where a small group of private practice therapists, including our very own Corey Costanzo, see clients.
