Your labs are “normal”… but you still don’t feel well. Now what?
If you’ve ever walked away from an appointment thinking,
“I KNOW something isn’t right, but no one can tell me WHY?” this webinar is for you.
One of the main reasons I show up here is for health advocacy. I want you to understand what your testing does—and doesn’t—tell you, when it makes sense to investigate deeper, and what other tools are available when you’re still searching for answers.
Join me for my complimentary live webinar:
✨ YOU’RE NOT CRAZY.
YOU JUST NEED BETTER TESTING.
When & Why to Advocate for Functional Labwork
📅 Tuesday, August 25
🕓 4:00 PM ET
We’ll talk about when symptoms deserve deeper investigation, the hidden stressors I commonly
uncover, and some of my favorite functional labs—including GI-MAP, DUTCH, HTMA, Total
Toxin testing, and functional bloodwork.
And I’ll help you understand one of the most important questions:
How do you know which test is actually worth running for YOU?
🎥 Can’t attend live? Register anyway and you’ll receive the replay.
But if you CAN join me live, there are a couple of extra perks. 😊
✨ I’ll save time at the end for some on-the-spot coaching, so bring your questions!
🎁 Plus, everyone who attends live will have the opportunity to enter to win a very special, time-sensitive gift. I’ll share the details during the webinar.
Ready to stop guessing and start asking better questions?

One of the main reasons I show up here is for health advocacy.🙌
I don’t want you to be blindsided by “everything looks normal” when everything does not feel normal.
And I especially don’t want women accepting that exhaustion, digestive problems, painful or disappearing periods, brain fog, anxiety, skin issues, poor sleep, or feeling completely unlike themselves is simply “part of getting older” or “part of being a woman.”
Sometimes conventional testing has done exactly what it was designed to do: rule out disease.
But that doesn’t necessarily answer the question:
Why don’t I feel well?
That’s where I like to dig deeper.
Functional labwork can help us investigate potential stressors like H. pylori, parasites, microbiome depletion, hormone imbalances, lack of ovulation, nutrient and mineral depletion, mold, heavy metals, environmental toxins, blood sugar dysregulation, and more.
Finding a stressor isn’t the end goal, either.
The goal is to use that information to create a thoughtful, personalized plan to reduce the burden, restore balance, and support your body’s ability to function better.
You may not need another person telling you everything is fine.
You may just need someone willing to keep asking better questions.
And that’s exactly what we’re talking about at my upcoming complimentary webinar:

4 years ago today, I landed in Asheville, NC. 🌿
I came here on a leap of faith, following a knowing that I couldn’t completely explain.
And just 8 days later, on 8/8🦁, I found my dream home.
I had no idea at the time about the symbolism of the Lion’s Gate portal or the significance people place on 8/8. I just knew something about this move felt deeply right.
Looking back, this leap restored something in me that I think I had lost along the way:
✨Trust in my own intuition.
Our families, communities, and society don’t always understand or support the big, seemingly impractical choices. The ones where you don’t have every detail figured out but something inside you keeps saying,
👉👉GO.
I’m so grateful I listened.
Because if I hadn’t taken that leap, I would have missed so much.
So much love.
So much growth.
So much joy.
So many friendships and beautiful humans I never would have known.
Four years later, I feel immense gratitude for this place that welcomed me—the mountains, the forests, the water, the endless hiking, the community, and the incredible kindness and support I’ve received since arriving.
And maybe that’s what this anniversary means most to me:
Sometimes the path doesn’t make sense until you walk it.
Here’s to trusting those quiet inner knowings, even when the rest of the world doesn’t quite understand them. 🤍
Happy 4 years, Asheville. I’m so grateful I said yes.
This waterfall reminded me of something I see every day in practice.
It’s rarely one event that changes someone’s health.
It’s the accumulation.
Stress.
Poor sleep.
Hormonal shifts.
Environmental toxins.
Gut dysfunction.
Loss.
One drop doesn’t carve a canyon.
Millions do.
The beautiful part?
The body also has an incredible capacity to heal when we begin reducing the burden and restoring resilience.
Your health deserves to be a priority—not someday, but now.
💗
Still soaking in the afterglow of an incredible weekend. 🤍
One of the highlights was dancing at HapBE Valley | Horse Experiences & Wellness Asheville Ranch with the most inspiring Zoukteachers, William Wegert and Anya | Faruque , surrounded by an extraordinary group of
humans.
We moved our bodies, softened into our inner home, and clarified our intentions through this intimate dance.
One of the things I love most about Zouk is the opportunity to both hold—and be held—by complete strangers with such presence, care, and respect.
In a world that often feels starved for genuine connection, my heart melts every time I experience what becomes possible when people create safety, trust, and presence together.
The container that HapBe Valley offers is truly something special. It’s a place where people canarrive exactly as they are, connect more deeply with themselves, and leave feeling a little more alive.🙌
I’m so grateful to everyone who shared this experience, and I’m already looking forward to the next one.
Until then... keep dancing, keep connecting, and keep coming home to yourself.💗💃💗
Health is our greatest wealth.
It’s a phrase we’ve all heard, but I don’t think we truly understand it until our health begins to slip away.
One of the hardest parts of my work is watching people adapt to feeling unwell.
“I’ve always been tired.”
“My digestion has always been off.”
“I guess this is just what getting older feels like.”
Over time, symptoms become normal. We learn to live around them instead of asking why they’re there in the first place.
At the same time, many of us have no problem investing in a vacation, a home renovation, or a new car—things that certainly bring joy and improve our quality of life.
And there’s absolutely nothing wrong with that.
But imagine experiencing those moments with abundant energy, restful sleep, balanced hormones, clear thinking, and a body that feels vibrant instead of depleted.
Your health is the foundation that allows you to enjoy everything else.
When you invest in your health, you’re not just investing in how you feel today. You’re investing in every future adventure, every holiday, every relationship, every hike, every celebration, and every season still to come.
If you’ve been living with symptoms that don’t feel like you—or you’ve been told everything is “normal” despite knowing something feels off—I want you to know there may be another path worth exploring.
It all starts with a conversation.
My Strategy Session is a chance for us to sit down together, review your health history, symptoms, previous testing, and goals, and determine whether there’s another layer to investigate. Whether or not we decide to work together, my hope is that you’ll leave with greater clarity and a better understanding of what your body may be asking for.
🤍 If you’re ready to prioritize your health, I’d love to support you. The link to book a Strategy Session is in my bio.

“Everything came back normal.“
If I had a dollar for every time I heard those words, I’d be well on my way to becoming a millionaire.
The interesting part?
The person saying it rarely feels “normal.“
They’re exhausted.
Their digestion has changed.
Their hair is falling out.
Their periods have become painful or irregular.
They’re struggling with brain fog, anxiety, headaches, food sensitivities, or chronic inflammation.
Deep down, they know something has shifted.
So they begin wondering...
If everything is normal... why don’t I feel well?
This is one of the most important conversations I have in my practice.
Not because I believe the lab results are wrong.
But because I know there is often more to the story.
Traditional laboratory testing is designed to identify disease.
Functional lab analysis asks a different question:
How well is your body functioning before disease develops?
That question has changed the lives of so many of my clients.
✨ If you’ve ever wondered whether there’s another layer to explore—or how to know when functional lab testing is actually appropriate—I created this complimentary presentation for you.

🌱 Life is a lot like gardening.
It all starts with a seed—an idea, a dream, a hope, or a quiet beginning.
Then comes the work. Weeding out what no longer serves you. Tending to what matters most. Watering with patience, feeding with intention, and trusting the process even when nothing seems to be happening.
Not everything will grow. Some things will wither, and some seasons will teach you through loss. That’s part of the garden, too.
But when you continue to nurture what deserves your time, energy, and love, something beautiful happens. What once seemed small begins to thrive. Growth appears where there was only faith.
And eventually, you don’t just see flowers—you receive a harvest. A bounty created by consistent love, care, and attention.
Plant wisely. Tend faithfully. Trust the seasons. The garden always reflects what you’ve poured into it. 🌿💚
Functional medicine asks a different question.
Not:
What diagnosis fits this symptom? and what medication would suppress those symptoms?
But:
Why is this happening in the first place?
If you need a diagnosis and a prescription, you go to your doctor.
If you want someone to look deeper into what may be dysfunctioning beneath the surface —this is where functional Medicine shines.
Because the healing journey can be exhausting.
And guessing without getting answers can feel endless.
Maybe you’ve been told your labs are normal…
but you’re still:
• bloated after every meal
• constipated or swinging between constipation and diarrhea
• waking up exhausted
• dealing with acne, painful periods, irregular cycles, or no cycle at all
• anxious, depressed, foggy, inflamed, or reacting to foods you used to tolerate
Functional lab testing gives us another lens.
We’re not looking for disease.
We’re looking for the internal stressors that may be contributing to your symptoms — things like gut infections, hormone imbalances, environmental toxins, nutrient depletion, and detox issues.
It’s a way of saying:
let’s stop guessing and actually understand what your body is asking for.
