I hope this message finds you safe as we continue to navigate the aftermath of Hurricane Helene. I know many of you are facing difficult circumstances, and I want to extend my support during this challenging time. If you’ve been impacted and are finding it difficult to manage, please don’t hesitate to reach out—I’m here for you in any way I can be through my services.

For some, hair may be the last thing on your mind, and I completely understand. For others, a little self-care may provide a much-needed break from the chaos. I’m currently scheduling shampoo-blowdry, shampoo-haircut, and dry haircuts, so if you’re looking for a moment to relax or restore some normalcy, I’d be happy to accommodate you.

If you’re in need of color services, I want you to know there are options available. Please reach out, and we can discuss what would work best for your needs. I'm working to provide flexible solutions, so if you're concerned about timing or logistics, we’ll figure something out together.

The impact of this storm is beyond comprehension even though we're seeing it and experiencing it right here along with you. I can only imagine what it looks like from anywhere else in the world...this impact is and will continue to be DEEP.

That being said, for those of you who have lost your artwork in this storm, when you are ready to even consider how to move forward know that Unforgettable is with you.

If you haven't yet:
1. Connect with your insurance provider to inquire about your personal property coverage
2. File for FEMA disaster assistance: https://www.disasterassistance.gov/
2A. Should your insurance deny coverage FEMA may include assistance toward personal property lost during Helene. There will be a limited window in which you can recoup those expenses so please apply if you have not already.
3. Source your receipts with us (or connect with Cat directly at [email protected]). You will need those receipts for proof of purchase with insurance as well as FEMA
4. If you have them - photos OF your physical artwork purchased pre (and post storm if you have it)

We are working closely with our vendors to replace this artwork with you and know how valuable this artwork is for your families, especially now.
