Child policy: Due to my business being appointment based, I have no room for any delays of any sort. Your appointment time is time for you to relax and rewind. I of course understand that childcare is not always available, however if you cannot get childcare for the day of your appointment then we will need to reschedule. I cannot be held responsible or risk my licensure if your child were to get hurt.

Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we will need to reschedule, as I said before my schedule is tight and I have little room for delays.

Cancelations/ No shows: I require at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations, this is so I can try to fill your spot. If you cancel within that 24hr period you will be required to pay 50% of your service before rebooking. A no show fee of 50% will be required if you no show for an appointment. I understand things happen but this is my lively hood and full time job so I cannot have my time wasted. With that being said everyone will be required to provide a card when booking, you will not be charged until your checkout at your appointment or if you no show/ cancel in less than 24 hours. Thank you!

Previous Work: If you have previous work done by another nail tech/ salon we will have to soak off that product or remove it before I can put any new enhancement on your nails. I only want the reflection of my own work from my clients. Thank you.
