Mom had these in my scrapbook, all the ribbons from that time I took no prisoners, murdering elderly women with my pepper pickling game. And pi**ed off all the farmer bros by taking first in show with my Jersey calf. And we went on to place second in all of Arkansas and Oklahoma. AND my quietness was mistaken for politeness at 4-H camp. Looking through my scrapbook my mother made of my childhood and I honestly feel like I'm looking at another person. Like ? After spending my running from my childhood and pretending I was something else I now find the desire to rediscover that person. Don't get me wrong, I like who I am now but wouldn't mind embracing my childhood a little more.
